Citrus Silk Martini

The Citrus Silk Martini is an elegant, spa-inspired cocktail that blends the bright clarity of premium vodka with the layered richness of Zesty Brew Honey — infused with green and black tea, lemon, mint, and ginger. Balanced with fresh lime and orange juices, this cocktail is smooth, citrusy, and quietly complex — a refined pour for those who appreciate clean flavors with botanical depth.

Ingredients:

• 45 ml vodka (preferably citrus or craft)
• 20 ml fresh orange juice
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml Zesty Brew Honey (warmed slightly)
• 2 dashes orange blossom water (optional, for floral lift)
• Ice cubes

Garnish: thin orange wheel, mint leaf, or twist of lime zest

Instructions:

Add Zesty Brew Honey, orange juice, and lime juice to a shaker and stir until the honey dissolves.

Add vodka, orange blossom water, and ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini or Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with an orange wheel or a lime twist and a small mint leaf.
