With the crisp botanical notes of gin, the tangy burst of grapefruit, and the spiced sweetness of Golden Kadha Honey, this cocktail is elevated by the fresh aroma of herbs for a truly refreshing experience. Perfect for summer afternoons or lively gatherings!

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml gin
  • 20 ml Golden Kadha Honey syrup (see below)
  • 40 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 90 ml sparkling water or tonic water
  • A few fresh basil leaves or rosemary sprigs
  • Ice cubes
  • Grapefruit wedge and fresh herbs (for garnish)

Golden Kadha Honey Syrup:

Mix 10 g Golden Kadha Honey with 10 ml warm water until fully dissolved.

Instructions:

In a glass, muddle a few basil leaves or a rosemary sprig with the Golden Kadha Honey syrup to release the flavours.

Add the gin, grapefruit juice, and ice cubes, stirring gently to combine.

Top with sparkling water or tonic water for a refreshing fizz.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of fresh herbs
