Golden Kadha Honey Masala chai

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon Golden Kadha Honey
- 1 teaspoon black tea leaves (or 1 tea bag)
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cardamom pods (crushed)
- 2-3 whole cloves
- 1 small piece of ginger (grated)
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the cinnamon stick, crushed cardamom pods, cloves, grated ginger, and black pepper powder. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to release the flavours.
Add the black tea leaves (or tea bag) and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle boil. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
Strain the chai into a mug and stir in 1 tablespoon of Golden Kadha Honey until dissolved.
Serve hot and enjoy the warm, spiced comfort of this aromatic chai.
