Elevate your cocktail game with the Golden Kadha Honey Spiced Whiskey Sour, a sophisticated blend of smooth whiskey, tangy lemon, and the warm, aromatic sweetness of spiced honey. Perfectly balanced and irresistibly comforting, this cocktail is a delightful twist on a classic, bringing tradition and flavor to every sip.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml whiskey Rye/ Burbon
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 22 ml Golden Kadha Honey syrup (see below)
  • 15 ml egg white (optional, for froth)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • 1 small cinnamon stick or a thin lemon twist (for garnish)

Golden Kadha Honey Syrup:

Mix 10 g Golden Kadha Honey with 12 ml warm water until fully dissolved.

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, Golden Kadha Honey syrup, and egg white (if using).

Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to create froth.

Add ice cubes and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a lemon twist for a warm, spiced touch.
