Ingredients:
- 60 ml whiskey Rye/ Burbon
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 22 ml Golden Kadha Honey syrup (see below)
- 15 ml egg white (optional, for froth)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- 1 small cinnamon stick or a thin lemon twist (for garnish)
Golden Kadha Honey Syrup:
Mix 10 g Golden Kadha Honey with 12 ml warm water until fully dissolved.
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, Golden Kadha Honey syrup, and egg white (if using).
Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to create froth.
Add ice cubes and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a lemon twist for a warm, spiced touch.
