Honey Basil Wellness Tea

This unique hot beverage combines the aromatic notes of fresh basil with the rich, immunity-boosting properties of Immunity Booster Honey, offering a calming yet invigorating drink. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of Immunity Booster Honey
  • 5–6 fresh basil leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon stick or a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 small piece of star anise (optional, for added aroma)

Instructions

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.

Infuse the Basil and Spices: Add the fresh basil leaves (or dried basil), cinnamon stick, and star anise (if using) to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain the Tea: Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup or mug.

Add Honey: Stir in 1 tablespoon of Immunity Booster Honey while the tea is still warm, ensuring it blends well.

Serve: Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy the warm, herbal aroma and healthful properties.
