Crisp, golden phyllo cups cradle warm, gooey brie cheese, topped with a touch of fig and a generous drizzle of lavender-infused honey. This refined bite melds the creamy richness of brie with the botanical sweetness of your specialty honey, creating a perfect blend of textures and aromas — an effortless showstopper. 

Ingredients:

For the phyllo cups:

  • Phyllo sheets 5–6 or store-bought phyllo cups
  • unsalted butter melted for brushing
  • Brie cheese 150g
  • cut into small cubes
  • dried figs 3–4, finely chopped
  • fresh thyme a few sprigs
  • Secret Garden Secret garden  2 tbsp
  • cracked black pepper to taste.

Method:

Prepare phyllo cups (if not store-bought): Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut phyllo sheets into squares, stack 3–4 together with butter between layers, and press into mini muffin tins to form cups.

Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool slightly.

Assemble filling: Place a cube of brie into each phyllo cup.

Top with a bit of chopped fig and a few thyme leaves.

Bake: Return to oven for 5–7 minutes, until the brie is melty.

Finish: Drizzle generously with warm secret garden Honey.

Add a crack of black pepper and a small thyme sprig for garnish. Serve warm.
