A shimmering floral highball that mingles the crispness of gin with the delicate infusion of rose petals, cardamom, saffron, pistachio, and silver leaves from the Shahi Gulab Honey. Perfect for springtime brunches or regal evenings, this egg-free version delivers the same smooth texture using a longer shake and soda lift. This cocktail reimagines the classic gin fizz with the opulent infusion of India’s royal pantry. Light, floral, and refreshingly balanced, it’s ideal for those who prefer a delicate sparkle without dairy or egg.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml London dry gin
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml Shahi Gulab Honey syrup (1:1 with warm water)
  • 60–90 ml soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Prepare the honey syrup: Mix equal parts Shahi Gulab Honey and warm water. Stir until fully dissolved.

Shake: Add gin, lemon juice & Shahi Gulab honey syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.

Strain & top: Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.

Garnish: Decorate with dried rose petals or a twist of lemon peel.
