A sunlit, herbaceous white rum cocktail with citrus, mint, and a honeyed green tea twist.
The Tropic Zest Cooler is a vibrant, tropical cocktail that’s as refreshing as it is refined. Built on the smooth foundation of white rum, this drink is elevated with the botanical depth of Zesty Brew Honey, bringing in layers of green tea, mint, lemon, and ginger. With muddled pineapple, citrus, and a hint of basil, it's a tropical escape in a glass — clean, energetic, and undeniably elegant.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml white rum
- 20 ml Zesty Brew Honey (lightly warmed)
- 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 4–5 fresh basil leaves
- 3–4 chunks of fresh pineapple
- A splash of soda water or coconut water (optional, for length)
- Ice cubes
Garnish: basil sprig, pineapple wedge, or lime wheel
Instructions:
In a shaker, muddle fresh pineapple chunks and basil leaves gently.
Add white rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Zesty Brew Honey. Shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with soda or coconut water if desired for a lighter, effervescent finish.
Garnish with a basil sprig and pineapple wedge.
