Zesty Berry Sparkler

Bright, fruity, and full of life, the Zesty Berry Sparkler is a refreshing mocktail that combines the bold flavours of fresh berries with the citrusy zing of Zesty Brew honey. Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Zesty Brew honey
• 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 1/2 cup sparkling water or soda water
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint leaves and a lemon wedge (for garnish)

 Instructions:

In a shaker or mixing glass, muddle the mixed berries until they release their juices.

Add the Zesty Brew honey, lemon juice, and warm water to the shaker. Stir until the honey dissolves.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to chill the mixture.

Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with sparkling water or soda water and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon wedge for a vibrant touch.
